New clutch sensor fitted how to calibrate?

Hi
Fitted a new clutch sensor, a few months back, to cure the gear position indication and EPB auto release problem. Worked great till last week
How do I tell car it has a new clutch switch and then calibrate it?

Have you tried this procedure? Not sure if this is what you mean but.....


- select low range
- reverse until R shows on dash, and keep going a little longer
- then drive through all gears 1 to 6, until gear shows on dash (ensuring clutch fully released)
- stop car
- ignition off
- ignition on
- select high range

Hi
Have tried that and it only seems to work when the gears are slow to come up
Currently only have neutral showing
It’s had new xy switch new TCM
The main dealers, over a year ago, got it working by tell g the vehicle it had a new clutch switch (it didn’t) calibrating it and then the procedure you outlined
I’ve now fitted a new clutch sensor so wish to do the tell vehicle etc
Does the gap tool cover this?
