Never thought Permagrin could get bigger. |
|
We had to go up to Airdrie this week so it was the first time I was able to see what this car could do. Oh boy the permagrin is a lot bigger now. A six hour journey each way and at the end of each trip we certainly didn't feel tired a very comfortable vehicle to drive. Once on the M5 it just ate up the miles at a nice steady 82 and gave a return of 26.2mpg, fuellog calculated.
Now I can't wait till we head off to France and those lovely long smooth Motorways.

I know what you mean. I'm off to France at the end on the month and that's from almost the Scottish border so a long drive. I'm looking forward to the drive as much as the holiday. I will probably spend some of it sitting on an embankment waiting for LR assist, but I just keep smiling and think of the knowledge I will gain as the repairs take place ! Club N.E.R.D's

Not surprised. There's not enough room in the XF for a good smiley
