I have just been looking at an instruction video on Youtube for the D4 Navigation system. My D4 is a MY 2012 but the video looks like it is dated 2010. The video shows a very different interface than mine in that the input screens have a curved effect. Is this a selectable option or did something change after 2010?

Has anyone upgraded their maps lately? My D4 will be 2 years old in September so I am wondering whether there have been any worthwhile improvements or just POI and road changes.
