Does anybody knows how this come ???
I can use the navigation, choose streets ans start route guidance but i see only a black screen !!!!
I already reconnected every wire.

how do you choose dest seeing black screen? 
everything else works fine on headunit (rest of interface?)

Everything else works perfect, radio, dab etc
only when i put it in navigation instead of seeing the maps with streetnames etc i see nothing

When I did my update to my GS 2013 to have the latest MY16 head unit etc the Nav would (90% of the time I looked) show a black screen. GPS knew where I was but I put it down the config in the hardware not booting up correctly ... but we know the nav is rubbish anyway right  Stolen - D4 Loire Blue

I never got to the bottom of it and my D4 was stolen a few months back 
I would go back and check evry connection - when I first put the unit in the nav worked 100% of the time it was only later (maybe with more config CCF changes) did I notice Nav was black.
Have you made any changes to unit or config? Stolen - D4 Loire Blue

have you done any pdates to latest mapping software? would try that first if not done before but android auto is way better on factory screen

I installed apple carplay unit but it was not really my thing, so i installed everything originally and then i got the black screens

i suspect it might be some sort of wire damaged during the whole operation of moving parts around
i would check all wires where you worked them for cuts or similar
done that few times
