hi guys this is my first post. i wonder if anyone could point me in the right direction. im looking for information regarding relays for fitting the new 2014 drl headlights so the drl turns off when sidelights are on and also when indicating. any help would be great. i know where i can take the feed from for the drl but struggling with the turning off side. my car is a 2013 disco 4 sdv6 with ff xenons

No idea how LR do it but most owners use a controller to extinguish DRL's when lights are switched on.

looking at the link, that gadget will switch off the DRLs when the headlights are turned on (I used similar when I fitted fog light DRLs to my old D3 8) ) but I think the recent DRLs fitted to the headlamp unit are also switched left & right so they dim/cancel when the relevant indicator is used - I think there are specific units to do that task also - but I don't have a link
