I've just been playing with my RSE for the first time since getting my car and I'm having trouble using the remote.
I've turned on the screen from the main screen and can view / listen to what's being sent but when I try to control from the back I don't have any success. I have ensured that the remote isn't locked from the main screen, I've made sure that I have got the right screen selected from the remote and pointing it at the screen but nothing happens other than a light on the remote to suggest its transmitting.
I can change audio from the door control.
anyone got any ideas to what I'm doing wrong

Ah User error 
I discovered that the remote wont work if the dash screen is in the RSE supervisor screen even if the remote button is not locked.
all now working

Ummm, having the same issue and thought this might fix it. No difference on my side, any other suggestions?
