Not as yet LRs are a fond memory, apart from the maintenance.

Maybe a split in the air intake hose, not bad enough to give you an error code yet? I had this on mine recently but gave a fault code - PCM-Engine TDV6: P023D-22 (2F) Unknown

No Russell, not comparing to the new beast, although that has made it even more noticeable. Another new air filter has helped, but it's still down compared to previously. No sign of hose splits either Ron
To be honest I suspect it's most likely a, at least partially, clogged intercooler from muddy water wading over the years. Although I've religiously rinsed it through afterwards it's too confined to be able to get at it properly. Although better than the D3 intercooler, the D3 one you could at least remove/replace quite easily- the D4 looks to be part of the radiator, oil and a/c coolers assemble, so not as straightforward to get at. That said, got the belts service due this year so have asked Shukers to quote for fitting a replacement intercooler at the same time. Waiting with baited breath for that LRs are a fond memory, apart from the maintenance.
