2006 Discovery 3 TDV6 SE Auto Arctic Frost

Land Rover Australia have come back and said that regardless of the advertising there is nothing that they can do about the single CD player not playing MP3's.

It is an annoyance rather than a major issue for me so other than wandering in to MLR to try and find out who makes the unit and therefore who might be able to supply an almost identical unit that fits the hole and has the right connections and also plays MP3's there appears to be no solution.

For me not what I want.

I dont have an Ipod and dont intend to buy one. All I want is for the unit to do what the advertising and manuals say it will which is read mp3 format discs. As noted above though not such a big issue that I am going to pursue Land Rover about it.
