| Moving the 13 pin socket from right to left hole |

Just taken the cover off the towing electrics for the first time, and the dealer has fitted the 13 pin electrics to the hole on the right of the towbar when viewing from the back of the car.
This causes problems for me when inserting the plug as it fouls on the bracket which holds the bike carrier.
Is it a difficult job to move the electrics from the right hand hole to the left hand hole?

Not hard to do ...but you would need to disconnect the plug ( which is just below the passenger rear light ...tucked down into the bumper )
undo the few screws on the socket ..pull it all out .,.then feed it back in the left hole ..reconnect the plug
If you take the rear passenger light lens out you can see the connector G4 Gone ...but not forgotten
