Hi guys,
I don't use the Disco that much, it's the family car but my Mrs' daily driver.
Been out in it tonight for the first time in ages at night and couldn't help but think something wasn't right. The cabin just seemed really dark and took a while to realise that there was no illumination of the mood lighting in any of the doors at all. The beam from the courtesy light area is shining down but nothing in the door cards.
It definitely worked all round when we bought the car, so have I managed to switch something off accidentally, is it fuse related or something else.
Anyone any ideas?
Cheers

Anyone any ideas?
Seen a few other posts mentioning the backlight for the clock also being off at the same time but this is literally just the four doors. The switches on the door all illuminate as do the puddle lights so its just the mood lights.
Any help appreciated to save a (likely expensive) trip to LR.

Just having one last punt at this. Can't find any issues with any fuses and I'm bamboozled
If anyone has any ideas at all no matter how random I'm happy to give them a go

I'm not convinced anything has been switched off anywhere (or can be). I had the FBH enabled recently and the Follow me home lights but looking through the options on the IID tool website there is nothing that can be switched off for ambient/mood lighting.
Looking through wiring diagrams (which are for the L320 RRS) it looks very much like there is no fuse for these directly they use a FET, they are part of the Light Check Module (when sidelights come on and off) which seemingly has its own diagnostics port but are also linked to the Body Control Unit.
Would it be worth doing diags on the LCM and if so is there anyone close to me that can do a check for me?

No nothing.
As mentioned it might be worth doing diags on the LCM. The waterfall LED lights work, all other switches are illuminated everywhere, its just the four doors LED's

Yep works fine including on the led waterfall lights.
Just the 4 doors led's which would make you think it's a common component up the chain. I ain't taking 4 door cards off as can't imagine all 4 have become disconnected. Also people have mentioned that individual ones go without taking all 4 out.

I'm fairly sure my D4 does not have mood lighting in the doors, and with my luck it will no doubt turn itself on now I have read this thread . . ! You can find the holes in the grab handle and door pull if you have it.
