for once it wasn't one of the ones that hold the panel below the steering wheel ... and I found this one too so ok for now.
when fitting my modified grille the other week, the lower clip on the passenger side didn't grip in to place. took it off again and found that the receiving part, which clips into a hole in the metal frame, had gone backwards through the hole.
fished it out and got it back in position but it seems to be a very sloppy fit. I was going to glue it in place but it seems to be designed to move a bit - presumably to allow for slight misalignment when clipping the grille into place ? - so I don't want to negate that.
does anyone know if they are available as spares ? .
