Midrand COB offroad challenge 23 August |
|
If you guys have read the latest Midrand Reporter, you may have noticed (p19) that the Chamber of Business & Industry have arranged an "off the road" experience at Scorpion 4x4 track for 23 August @ 13:30 (next Thursday).
They allow for teams of 5 people, with our own vehicles.
The cost per person is somewhere in the region of R280 (details in the paper are a bit cryptic).
It's not really a competition, but I reckon this could be a bit of fun, so how about it?
If the impossible happens, and I get my D3 back in time, I am in. If not, I will man the fridge
If I am not in a D3, I will have a set of STT -clad wheel available if someone needs them for the day
Who would like to join in?

What's the lastest on your car . Mine went in today for service and the suspension fault . Hope they don't let their driver get his hands on it
BTW did you ever get the GPS on the move done , because friend Nico is still confused , even though I gave him the TSB

There's no way I will get it next week
I didn't even try do the nav on the move thing. I think poor old Nico is still trying to recover from having to phone Mrs Baben and tell her his driver crashed her car.
I think we need to arrange with them to go over on a Friday afternoon with a case of Zamalek, and do the TSB with them
