Still here, the graph was useful to help the doctor come up with a diagnosis.
It reminds me of a lot of the geochemistry plots I used to draw up as a postgrad. Looked like they meant something, some even looked pretty, but that doesn't help me understand them.

For difficult days stuck behind a desk the complicated data plot is my friend. Lay a really big one out on paper and nobody bothers you. Prop yourself carefully and you can have a quiet nap. Should you give yourself away or be discovered you can quickly apologise and point out how tedious the task is and attract sympathy from your boss whilst he scurries away to avoid being pulled into the 'job'. So reminds me of much of my working life. For me it was be a specialist at nothing but reasonably good at doing all the bits & bobs that no-one else was happy to do (write contracts for example). Then you have your own kingdom and no-one interferes with it. Plus the job takes as long as it needs to get done well, not some meaningless deadline.
