Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to all
Thank you all so much for your brilliant support this year, we have sent out many many parcels and had much positive feedback from you in doing so.
The Post Office lost one set of bulbs, a couple of courier deliveries have taken a little more than the expected time, we have had one dodgy SMD bulb, one blown headlamp bulb and no other warranty issues that I can recall, so a good year for us and our suppliers. I sent out three things wrongly though! (and still feel a muppet for doing so!)
I hope you have been happy with our first year of sponsorship and look forward to continuing our support for the forum and it's members in 2014. - Happy to price up for any make or model not just your Land Rover

A very merry Christmas to you, Paul, Ian, and the rest of your staff I've had the pleasure of dealing with this year (especially your delivery driver who covers the Chandler's Ford area ).
I have no doubt that the forum is a better place since Advanced Factors became Site Sponsors and many of us have benefitted from your vast knowledge of parts and OEM suppliers to keep our various vehicles on the road, not to mention your highly competitive prices and helpful web site. I always seem to find something to buy every time I visit.
I'm especially grateful to Advanced Factors for getting a new alternator kit delivered to my door within 2.5 hours of me placing the order whilst my nearest LR dealership didn't have stock and wanted to order one in for me. Outstanding service, squire.
