Maths Help....

Due to time dragging so slowly this afternoon I have concluded that my Office has fallen into a gravitational well.

I am trying to calculate just how fast I need to move to another part of the building to correct the time dilation problem. I am struggling a little with the maths….Can anyone help??

Current status:-

Position: Office

Velocity: Static

Proper time: No idea

Time according to the 'puter clock: 14:20 Shocked
