What would you cook in 40 mins Question

Your choice of two courses ither starter / main or main / Pud

It can't be that difficult Rolling Eyes

Scallop with risotto then Pan fried duck with roasted veg Very Happy yum Exclamation That would be my choice

Also large amounts of wine to be drunk at the same time as per KEITH FLOYD Bow down

Smoked Salmon with coldwater prawns and white crab on a bed of wild leaves, dressed with a Lemon and Dill aioli.

Corn fed Chicken breast stuffed with Cambozola, wrapped in Parma Ham on a Madeira Jus with Parmentier Potatoes and roasted vegetables.

My son Jack is with me on Sunday , and at the age of 13 Evil or Very Mad he can cook better than me Exclamation

Quick food in 40 min cooking time for me would be a strir fry with chicken and loads of veg Idea YOU must have your five a day Very Happy

Fish and chips
and any other takeaway Bow down
