After Market Bluetooth fitment
The D3 I've just put a deposit on doesn't have the bluetooth phone system so I'm going to need to fit an after market kit.
I had a Parrott CK3100 in my Volvo that worked brilliantly so will probably go for one of those or the CK3200 colour versions.
What other system has anyone had fitted and where have the associated displays been located...my car has Nav so I don't want to put it in the middle of the fascia as it'll be in the way.
Cheers

I fitted the parrot 3200 which has worked very well. Beware if you want to integrate into the stero you will need the adaptor harness from Autoleads, number is amongst the forum somewhere as are fitting instructions. It's my mud so keep out!

I fit these things for a living and can honestly say that the parrot kits are the best out there. The CK3100, even though it's the oldest of their models is updated at least once a month even now.. some 4/5 years after it's perception.
You can fit the kit without an adaption loom into the standard stereo system on ALL models, you just need to know which pins on the plug do what.
Pm me if you want any advice, I've got folders full of data sheets here.
Cheers

I have the LR aftermarket kit. I like it as you don't see it and it works well. Maybe it doesn't have all the fancy features but enough for me.
Sound quality is good, the only annoying thing is that the D3 thinks that the navigation instructions are more important then my phone call.Roel
