Manual gearbox, tarnsfer boax and diff maintenance

Hi,

I have a 5 1/2 year old D3 S Manual. What maintenance should I be doing to the gearbox, transfer box and diff?

If i need to change the oil can anyone recommend a garage near Bath. I'm happy to travel about an hour away.
