Hi Guys,
Getting an intermittent 'E' on the dash, have been told it may be the x/y switch in the gearbox.
Anyone heard of this before and is it covered under LR extended warranty?
cheers. All things shipping, storage, transport. UK and worldwide.

When my X-Y sensor throws a fit I usually get nothing in the gear indication bit on the dash.
It usually throws up a park brake error "Auto-release not available" and as Wiggs says there's no PDC or reversing lights when you select reverse. Too much intellectual firepower can damage your common sense.

Nope non of that lot, just occasionally pops up an E if you get a bit rough with it.
Turning off and re starting normally clears it and it doesnt happen again for weeks.
Just a smidge weird!
Thanks for getting back to me chaps!! All things shipping, storage, transport. UK and worldwide.
