Mantec Non - Winch Plate

Just a quicky people. Before I order of Nick, Is there any modification to do to my bumper when fitting. or is it just removing the cover plate for tow eye

Take off that black crappy bit of plastic, if not accidently removed already and fit said Mantec plate from St Nick.
