Nice looking setup ronp. I've been thinking about adding standard unpainted arches to my silver D4 too. Are D3 arches a straight swap and where did you get them from? Thanks for the comments chaps.
The sump plate is from Uncle Ray (RLD).
The checker plate bonnet panels were made by myself.
I made a template and cut 3mm checker plate rubber matting (from eBay).
I used 3M automotive tape around the underside perimeter and added some ‘ribs’ across the width and stuck down.
Been on now for 11months and still holding strong.
I do have a set of 5mm that I first made but thought it was a bit thick.
So happy to send FOC to a first dibber (on this thread, not by pm) as long as you cover the courier charge, (UK only).

Unpainted arches are just a straight swap.
Only point to note is the end angle of the rear ones.
Theres no big deal, it just means that if you have rear mudflaps on the painted arches, you’ll need to get mud flaps specific to the D3 (unpainted arches).
I got my unpainted arches from a forum member, their should be plenty about as many D3 owners are changing to the painted ones....... always on the road less travelled 🚧
< ‘tis but a mere scratch …….. it’ll polish out.
