| LR3(D3) Design Critique and Wish List |

Hello all. I have written a sizable article on topic of "Design Critique and Wish List" for my much loved D3/LR3. I think the vehicle is great, but I see room for improvement. I recently participated in a Land Rover sponsored focus group on this topic, but it was based soley on cosemetic issues, and functionality was never dicussed. I'm hoping to fix that.
It is my sincere goal that this listing inspires a thoughtful exchange of ideas among us, the dedicated fans of this vehicle, and within Land Rover also.

Wow, some great, well thought-out ideas, there. The only one I disagreed with was the steering wheel audio controls - I've got mine on the window side (like you want) but would prefer them the other side. Only because thats where all my previous cars' controls have been. (Your reasoning makes sense though!)
The off-road ideas (2nd battery, roof lighting points, user-defined switches etc) 8) Imagine the money LR could make offering options like that! Lets hope they pick up on some of your ideas. Disco 5 HSE Lux
