LR Spots

Need some help from you all....

Spent a few hours today installing LR spots onto my a-bar. Very Happy
But theres a couple of sections on the LR fitting instructiosn that i don't understand/not doing right.

Fuse 19 - where is it? Is it to the left of the green fuse in the bottom rail of fuses, or is it to the right of the blue 15amp fuse in the top????

Where do you connect the negative terminal from the cable that goes to the lights to the negative of the battery? The supplied bolt doesn't fit the negative terminal Sad

I have done all the other bits and pieces in the installation instructions, then i can see if it works Very Happy

cheers

To the left of the blue on the top rail Thumbs Up

Earth : Look to the left of the battery/fuse compartment on the body , in line with the FBH exhaust thingy. There is a bolt and nut with some wires already attached.

He's gone very quiet. Do you think he's sat there sucking on his burnt fingers with a melted multimeter on the driveway?

Ahh the wonders of L R fitting instructions. Sorry cant help Big Cry

The raised air intake instructions, it tells you to drill a 7mm hole for the 9mmØ riv-nuts Thumbs Up

I am thinking of another 'sticky' tread where we can place advise to help others when these inaccuracies occur Thumbs Up

Now what shall we call it

I nearly fell victim to the 7mm hole thing until looking on here. Wouldn't be a bad idea to have an "installation of popular accessories" section Thumbs Up

Right who's got any idea about fault finding?

The switch on the dashboard lights up - so i know that is ok. Embarassed

Just began to pi%% it down here, so i don't suppose i'll get a chance to do anything else today, but ideas would be welcome.

Doesn't the car have to be told the lights are their? IIRC this is a quick trip to the dealer to plug it in to the diagnostic system while pointing at the front of the car, yelling "Look, two effin' great lights!"
