LR Roof Rails - are they easy to fit an take off

I am planning on purchasing LR Roof bars - I have the factory fitted rails - my query is whether these are easy to fit and take off - as I only want to fit them when I need them?

Thule 4700 system is easier - push button to remove the bars.

If you're going to be taking these off every time I suggest you take a look at these. Covered in other threads but the parts required are:

Thule 4700 Rapid Tracker Foot pack
Thule 4715 Rapid Tracker Kit
Thule 135cms bars

Just put in Discovery 3 in a Thule Roof Bar system product finder and it came up with different product codes to the ones mentioned above:
