Don't have either (have a different rack). but Front Runner would be the one to go for.
Contact Iain (aka TFC aka 10forcash on here) via e-mail. The next American ex-pat that calls it a "truck" is going to find out what 2.7 tons feels like on their foot...

Had the front runner, not that impressed, noisy and powder coat came off within a couple of months.
LR ones are noisy as well i believe plus you cant fit roof tents etc, they look nice though.
If you want the best.....Patriot..uk made and built to last plus the cross bars run front to back so far quieter.
If you want a front runner, contact Chris at Offroad trading or Iain as above "you cannot teach stupid people to do clever things"

I'd recommand them for a great service both in UK or France also.
I am sporting (well the D3 is duh! ) the Front Runner and am pretty happy with it
don't know of any roof rack that are not noisy, this ok is ok to my standard (but I run BFG KM/2s in the meantime)
I don't know about other bu what I liked about this on is that is it convinient to fit and take off, compare to kits i had on my D1s and D2s.l=Oo\________/oO=l l:Ool======loO:l

Expo racks no longer available NEW, unless you find a dealer with one in stock. The supplier to LR went under. Nick did put out a warning when it happened.
Those with Expo's are looking at a tidy profit if they let them go intime for summer, and been watching the prices on eBay which are already more than I paid new
Good luck

I am happy with the FR, I like the ability to easierly bolt stuff to it with an M8 bolt without drilling holes due to the built in rails.
Wind noise is noticeable, but then with a RAI,MTR's a good dose of stereo drowns it all out.
GlenIDTOOL PRO / Faultmate programing and BAS remaping services in Norway.
Diagnostic for most Land rover vehicles
Land Rover parts and accessories.
Stockist of RLD equipment.

D4 gone, missed but replaced with a 110 Puma.
so...now I am a bit clearer in my head (ie its the day after the little get together we had yesterday...)...also agree with discocuzzy.
The rack I have has the cross bars running back to front and it isn't that noisy. I believe mine is a Patriot (not sure as I picked it up second hand from a member on here). If it is, then Patriot also gets my vote.
But wouldn't dismiss FR because the ones I've seen do look just as bomb proof. The next American ex-pat that calls it a "truck" is going to find out what 2.7 tons feels like on their foot...

if you do this with the FR then it cuts down the noise by about 95%:

Could be a Big Country rack, as the cross bars also run front to back on these. Blaserman has one The surest sign that intelligent life exists elsewhere in the universe is that none of it has tried to contact us yet.
