Lower rear wishbone replacement

I need to change the lower rear wishbones, as at the last service i was advised that there was some wear present.

Can anyone answer a couple of questions please?

1 - Do the lower arms/wishbones just unbolt and come off without stripping the hub etc apart? (I was going to change the whole arms rather than re-bushing the old arms).

2 - Does it need a 4 wheel alignment check afterwards? (It looks like it doesn't as the bolts appear "fixed" rather than the cam bolts of the front lower arms).

Thanks for any advice.
