Low on power, under 2000rpm

During my journey to work this morning my D3 lost power up to 2000rpm, over 2000rpm you could feel the turbo kicking in. Getting home involved a lot of changing down gears on even the slightest hill.

So its booked in to the dealers next week, any clues as to what is wrong?

Yep Mine has the same issues and is in dealership for it right now - don't want to paint a grim picture but parts on backorder @ LR with no date committment as to when they will be available again!!
Also had similair issue when turbo appeared to have failed when trying to go up an incline, got to the top and it came back - wierd!!!!!
