Low battery warning

Have had low battery warning, start engine sign coming up

Did not have it before we had new windscreen fitted a few days ago

Now we have just had a 75 mile drive and as soon as we stopped the warning sign come up

Have checked output from alternator and that was 14.5 volts.

Now the key fob is also not working properly. To lock vehicle need to use the unlock button. To say I am a bit confused is putting it mildly

Any ideas folks?

Do a hard reset. They probably disconnected something whilst the car was awake and they really don’t like it.

I would imagine you had doors open for a prolonged period while the windscreen was changed. This will be enough to drain the battery a bit. Decent drive (maybe more than 75m), or a proper charge with a decent charger should do the trick.
My stop start will quit if I've had the doors open hoovering the car out and that's with a recent battery too.
It's no big deal just what a Disco does.
