Lost my D3 for 2 days!
Well I've done it. It's back with the dealer for some remedial work and is going to be gone for 2 days. What am I going to do? Already feel miserable.
They gave me a FL1 manual which just don't fill the gap in any way. I aint big but my head keeps hitting the roof. Can't find any adjustment in the seat but too sad to look really.
Just a sort of empty feeling inside really, nothing to worry yourselves over. Just if anyone lives close and wants to park theirs where I can see it, it might help.
Got to pick it up on Thursday, so I can get the TC remap done on Monday.

A FL1 is a poor swap - was their no chance of an FL2? I was quite looking forward to trying one of those last week but the b***ers gave me an identical (apart from colour) D3 S Auto!Steve N | 21MY Defender | 08MY Discovery 3 (history) | 06MY Discovery 3 (ancient history)

Just took the Mrs and my Son out for dinner and I can't believe how uncivilased it seems compared to the D3.
And I'm not that big (Tall) but I have a hell of a job getting in without banging my head.
And no sunroof!

Not having the D3, but having an FL1 [short term] is actually good for the system. It really makes you appreciate what you've bought in the first place and keeps that Permagrin forever fixed!!I was a normal heterosexual chap, but in these new woke awakenings I now identify as a Wardrobe.
Just lost mine until Friday for repairs to accident damage.
Guess what I have got to run around in in the meantime?
A D2 !!
I am amazed at how much smaller it feels.
It will make me appreciate my D3 even more when I get it back. Back in the game!
