I Guess you never got any joy out of the bloke that fixed mine then Ade ?

Did he tell you about the fuse ?
 Disco 3 TDV6 SE, black, de-badged, blacked out windows, cream leather interior, never seen a dirt track in its life.

I spoke to Peter, but he said that yours was throwing up an error code which led him to the fuse, where as mine showing no errors Sad

I thought i might try changing the air filter on mine for a new one ( standard paper) to see if it helps,

Just took my mag sensor out , cleaned with wd then blatted it with air. Fitted it again, light went out and now full power again. Was this just luck?? Whistle

all the above mentioned symptoms.. MaF and MaP cleaned(weren't that dirty) without any luck.. uptil 1500 very sluggish.. then like a rocket..

England 2005 Discovery 3 TDV6 HSE Auto Buckingham BlueDiscovery 3

+1 from me too, EGR blanked, MAF and MAP sensors cleaned, turbo actuater greased and moving freely, no errors at all on IIS. Only thing I haven't checked is the intercooler hoses. From 2k it goes like a scalded cat but anything below that is almost completely unresponsive.

Hoping to take it to see Flack later in the week 'cos I'm stumped.

Update - previous owner had done an EGR blank but didn't do it right. All sorted now, thanks to Flack.
