Looks like it'll never be fixed...
The D3, if left idle for a couple of days or more, will sink to the ground - roughly to access height, if not lower.
I mention this only because the D3 is just a few weeks out of its warranty now, and in those 3 years it was never sorted, and now that it's our money paying I don't see it being fixed in the near future, given that it has never been an inconvenience. It always refills with air at the turn of the ignition.
Here's how she looked today after just 1 day of not being driven (the driveway is on an angle but the same occurs when parked out on the street or anywhere flat too):

I remember your having that issue some time back CY. Since the issue is on the books from before, it won't be considered as covered even though the warranty is up?I'm not so good at giving advice...may I offer you a sarcastic comment instead?

It's worth a try, though not sure of our chances as they are always most determined to find a hole in the policy which they can slip out of and not have to cough up... that's if they ever actually managed to diagnose it.. 2007 Porsche Boxster (987) 2.7

That's my understanding too - a fault that had occured under warranty and then again once the warranty had expired on one of my previous disco's was looked at and fixed as goodwill.1996 Discovery 1 300TDI ES Biarritz Blue, sold

I thought that if it was fixed under warranty that the replaced part had a warranty of its own. If you dont get satisfaction You could go and park it outside your dealership with some ballons and a sign in the window to ward off other potential customers. The drooping arches would work a treat. You shouldnt have to put up with this on a car that three years old and built to rough it.
When I was having problems and approaching the expiry of my warranty LR customer relations kept saying that they would be sympathetic to any post warranty problems. I didnt want charity ( as I knew it wouldnt arrive ) and I part ex'd it

WTF! Thats gotta be an American style "low rider" surely.....

if this is a pre warranty expiry complaint and the dealers have job cards relating to previous attempts to fix then this should still be covered under warranty.
Drive the car to the dealers...hand them the keys...insist on a loaner till it's fixed.
The longer you leave it the easier it will be for the dealer to say NOTLO has left the building.......

Agree with Nick there
Its no good just dismissing the fact that that there is a fault. If you plan on keeping the vehicle, then one things for sure, it won't fix itself, and could get worse or damage other components like the compressor. I thnk past experience on previous LR vehicles (p38 RR, D2 etc) shows that the air suspension is a failure point later in life, so you need to give yourself every advantage by making sure its tip-top condition when the warranty goes.

Call LRCC and tactfully explain what has happened and how disappointed you are and ask them what they are going to do about it.
At the end of the day all your dealer has to do is go round the air pipe connectors with some soapy water. In the Beginning there was nothing, which exploded.
