Given the dramatic nature of those photos, plus the history of the fault, might I suggest you email "whatcar" magazine for them to step in, they would love the photo opportunity for their next magazine and would do all the leg work for yer 
Remember, manufacturers do not like to be "named and shamed" in car magazine, but make sure your ring ahead and get a contact name and personal email address coz alot of the main listed email addresses will block attachments as spam !!!!
