Any advice on where to go ask for a 2nd hand one in the Gauteng area or even broader SA will be appreciated.

Hi There, maybe British4X4 in Pretoria can assist you. I gather they sell second hand parts for the D3 as well.
Just google them for there number...

Check the ford part bin - I think the ford focus ? lamp is similar

Neither British nor Independent have these in stock. Will definitely try Ford. Thanks!

Eish, they have a D3, but without the front bumber  . Probably stuck on a taxi...

Have been phoning around for months now and still no luck. Just cannot get myself to pay the R1450 odd at the stealers for something which I very rarely use and just want to fix because I hate things not being 100%... So if there is anybody who has or knows of a D3 written off, please let me know. Thanks! Danie

You could perhaps try BRS Offroad. They replaced a right hand fog light for me (free of charge) when they fitted my winch a couple of years ago.
