how long to replace both rear upper arms

My D4 (111K) had advisories on both rear upper suspension arms on its MOT at the beginning of August.
Ive bought some HD arms from advanced factors and they are being fitted next Tuesday by my local indy who know their way around LR/RR

Whats the standard book time for replacing both arms ? they are saying up to 2 hours a side but they always over estimate just in case they hit any problems.

TIA

My local indy quoted 4hrs including 4 wheel alignment for the rear upper arms. £600 total for everything if they supplied the arms Shocked .

I said I'll do it myself and bring it in for the alignment.

So mines about right then, and to be fair the 4 wheel alignment would cost around 80 on its own so another 400 to pay out is on the mark. I don't have the ability to do it myself
