loic7 upgrade

Hello all,

I have a RRS with logic7 and a D3 with standard HK.

Needless to say, the logic7 sound is MUCH better than the HK.

I have the possibility to purchase the electronics for a Logic7 from a D3 (amps, speakers, and rear pillar covers).

How difficult would it be to "upgrade" my HK to a Logic7?
