If you don't have breakdown cover that will sort it for you -

Check if you can remove the other locking nuts first, if so remove the locking nuts on the other 3 wheels - then it gives you more options to force the tool with a large hammer before you destroy the locking tool removing the stuck one. If you have removed the other 3 locking nuts, an option is to give the back of the tool a good clout with a club hammer onto the offending stuck one and try to remove then with a breaker bar. Don't use an impact tool to try to break it free though!

If that fails get a small chisel as mentioned elsewhere to remove the ring then force a socket onto what's left.

ALWAYS BIN THE CRAPPY LANDROVER LOCKING WHEEL NUTS
 Must stop buying shiny toys....

Back in the day, having spent more than 18 hours chiselling off a Censored up locking wheel nut on my flat-tyre on my Disco 1 in the Congolese Bush with a screwdriver and a big stone, the first thing I now do with ANY new vehicle that I buy; is take off any form of locknut crap that they have on the rims!
I keep it for the spare, if it is positioned on the rear door, only.
I know it doesn't help your current situation, but as already stated!!

REMOVE THE CRAPPY LOCKING WHEEL NUTS!!!

Just had one removed today that had span by a tyre fitter, he drilled it first with a 6, 10 & 12mm drill bit, then chamfered the hole with a dremel and hammered in a spline bit - it undone first go and this cost me £15!!! 😳😳👍

All locking nuts removed and replaced with ordinary LR nuts 👍
