Lights or no lights???
Ok, so, i cant decide if i should put driving lamps on the D3 or leave it as it is. I going to put lamp guards on it next week, but still not sure if i just go for it and get the lamps aswell??
Ive had a look at a few with the lights on it, but would like some feedback please.07 D3 Zermatt Silver, Stainless Steel Tubes, Chrome Mirror caps, Tints.

Not sure if the SE spec has HID lights , but if so I don't see the need for extra lights (unless for posing purposes )

Must admit the Xenons are fantastic, and no need for the additional lights - especially the LR ones, as you cannot really tell that they are on , however, I got them fitted, as I think they finish off the front

Yeah i only wanted them to finish off the front, and i had a look through the photos of your one and it looks great.
But the other thing is that i dont have xenons on the SE.07 D3 Zermatt Silver, Stainless Steel Tubes, Chrome Mirror caps, Tints.

I dont have xenons on my 06yr S spec, so have the older style LR Safari 5000's fitted. They're a bit beefier than the standard D3 spots, so a bit more in keeping with the car in my opinion.

Lamp Guards require Driving Lamps - and vice versa - oh and the driving lamps should be surrounded by a Nudge Bar tooSteve N | 21MY Defender | 08MY Discovery 3 (history) | 06MY Discovery 3 (ancient history)

Yeah they do look good!
Do you find them to be bright?
I see that you have an SE aswell so i take it that you probably dont have Xenons. Sturox was saying that you dont really notice when the spots are on, but he has Xenons and i know that they are really bright.07 D3 Zermatt Silver, Stainless Steel Tubes, Chrome Mirror caps, Tints.

Guess you mean me as i am the only 1 thats replied that has an SE!!!! no unfortunately i dont have Xenons and thought the headlights were a bit dull, the spots make driving at night alot better, almost like daylight again! The LR spots are a bit of a to fit but do look the best IMHO '16 Volvo XC90 R Design Bursting Blue (Vera)

I have the LR lights on my HSE, can't tell any difference when they are on even with changing to the Osram Nightbreaker bulbs. I looked around a bit first before buying, but decided they looked the best,so really on there more for looks than the extra light.POT NOODLE NAVIGATION CHALLENGE 2010 WINNER
