I rent my house in Kent whilst I live in Wiltshire. My agency are total pants!!!
I served notice to my tenant on Xmas eve just gone and she is due out this week. She has announced to the agency she'll be a week later leaving than the date on the notice. They won't bill her for this week and have said there is nothing they can do. The only advice they would give me was that if I wanted her out I could pay for bailiffs.
Why should I pay? Why can't they do the job I pay them for.
I don't care that she is a single mum with 3 kids etc etc. I just want the cow out of my house so we can sell. As I can't put it on the market with her still in there apparently!
Advice needed. HONI SOIT QUI MAL Y PENSE
