All the ones on ebay although quoted as being PSY24W don't have the correct plastic base. I think that the conclusion of the above thread was that the only place you can buy D4 indicator bulbs is LR - making the chance of someone supplying an LED one very unlikely.

No they are very different. The D4 is quoted as PSY24W but it seems to have a different plastic base than the generic PSY24W bulbs that you see on ebay and the like. I came to the conclusion that the bulb and plastic base combination was unique to the D4. I haven't been able to source even a non LED one from anywhere other than LR.
