2 x 5mm black tubes either side of the transmisson/gearbox under the D3. They may have a cap in them, but possibly full of mud preventing drainage

The aircon tubes can also be seen, on the inside of the vehicle behind the kick panels on the side of the centre console (where your feet are  ) there is a connection that can become disconnected. I cant remember if its on the left or right hand side.

is there any chance you get a pic. or at least tell mewhich side it is on? my car is lhd by the way...
what other drains are there to check before I reinstall the wheel arches and the whole car basically which has been teken apart ?? J.p

my hse got a fish pond in n/s/f footwell found the fault to be not a blocked drain tube but it had come off??? so to cure this i fitted it back on with a small tie rap then with some air pipe from my fish tank i pushes it into the drain hole and cleared it out worked fine ... but a week later the fault started with doors not opening with the remote key phoned my mainstealer up they told me it was the key wot had died new key came and programed and still the same booked it in at dealer again and found the fault in the wireing on nsf footwell due to water ingress and corrostion so if your sunroof leaks check and dry the main thick wireing loom you cant miss it hope can help some body else out. from steve from pontefract yorkshire always up to somert usualy no good acording to swmbo

Hi Lee,
Here is the post I put on yesterday. I am pleased to say that my floor is still dry after driving in a deluge of rain today. If your leak comes back, give this a try.
I think I have located the source of the leak. Having removed the headliner all of the drain tubes were clear and routed correctly. It appears that my 'crack' idea was incorrect (although the mechanical arms have the standard cracks) and that the water was entering via a poorly aligned sunroof. I think the rain must have been leaking in through a gap, cavitating in the wind and blowing over to the inner rail on the sunroof guide. The inner rail drains into the headliner and I guess the water tracked down the outside of the drain tube and into the 'A' post before ending up on the floor.
I have now re-aligned the sunroof and blasted a hose pipe over it for a good 5 minutes whilst someone sat in the car on leak duty (prior to the liner being secured). No leaks were evident and I am hoping that that has done the trick.
I just thought I would post the update incase anyone else comes across the issue and it might be worth checking the sunroof alignment first. Andy B.
