if that slab of concrete was blocking a genuine BOAT wouldn't it have been easier to winch the block out of the way?

loads of left hand down on that tight lane near the start of the vid D3 WKP needs some offroad driver training .....few clenched sphinkters as the bank looms on the drivers side "you cannot teach stupid people to do clever things"

The farmer did come and remove it, apparently people had been stealing his Christmas tree's off the farm.

I hadn't arrived by then, but according to the others he was a bit sheepish. He had no problem moving it, I think he was just fed up with people nicking his tree's.
