WD40 is what I use to take tar off paintwork......

Normally I try and keep solvents off the paint, but as Bodsy says, what happens if you spill petrol on it?

Paint these days is water based, from what I am told and using petrol on it does not seem right. Very Happy

It was suprisingly easy, I just used WD40, some watered down T-cut and a polish Smile
