My research leads me to believe that the Landmark edition D4's came as standard with Halogen Projector headlamps, with LED Signature strip sidelights. I had always thought it was only the Xenon headlamps that had these LED signature lights, but seemingly this is not the case.
Thanks to a list posted by grzesiul in This thread I've come up with these parts numbers, that look like they might be the ones.......

HEADLAMP, RH, RHD, HALOGEN SIGNATURE HEADLAMPS, WITH AUTOMATIC HEADLAMP LEVELLING (V)BA000001

I'd like to look into pricing & availability of these, so I'm wondering if anyone might be able to confirm the part numbers of these headlamp units, as being the ones fitted to a Landmark D4.
