Good to hear from you. LHD, I like your paddock dog guard, I may get one for the Landlady, she often comes shopping and rarely stops talking so shutting her back there with the music loud may do the trick.
I had my first service last month and being new to this forum missed the software upgrade thread and lost my satnav on the move thing, a shame when in a country I dont know that well. Anyway found the fix but it needs applying at the start of each journey so I can live with that.
Good to know you are there if I need any snippets of advice.

Welcome Scolliss,
I guess you are in between LHD an I, although I am over the other side of the Rosti Gravun (spelling?). You're welcome here if you passing by on the way to Geneva or Lausanne. Who is you dealer in Berne ? I guess Emil Frey as they seem to have most of the dealerships here.
LHD/Scolliss,
Do you both fancy a day on the LR off-roading experiance ? I've been thinking of going but reckon I'd look like a muppet with my poor language skills. I just got the last LR magazine with an offer in it although I wonder actualy how good it really is ?Mrs Jones ? We've come for your Liver

Hi Nigel
Rösti Graben but i think everyone unterstood it anyway. I got last year a extra special offer through my dealer for the day where you got the cars included but unfortunately it was just in my holydays. So I cant tell you anything.

PS: Also got a Paddock dog guard, to coin a phrase "it's the dogs" Realy impressed with it. It was approx CHF180 plus 40 for delivery although I did get wacked for the TVA on the way in. I ordered it from Paddock directly see link below
Takes 3 mins to take it in/out and is a great safety when driving long distances with dogs in the back. Also the kids can climb under it and still use the back seats (just) although not sure about LHD's Landlady ?Mrs Jones ? We've come for your Liver

A record,
10 Swiss posts altogether !!!
Martin: Your Swiss team is growing, I have the technicians at the local dealer looking at D3.co.uk as I keep telling them it's a great resource.
Just found a guy in a near village with a Supercharged RRS, I am mortified ! I thought I had a nice motor but this thing is something else, although I think he'd be horrified to do some of the things that I do with the versatile D3.Mrs Jones ? We've come for your Liver
Wow, this thread is busier than the A6 from Zurich to the Alps.
Nigel, I would be interested in knowing the price and potential dates of the off road day though I doubt it will come near the quality of the Salisbury day at the weekend. My language skills are zilch though.
Yes I use Emil Frey (Biel - 2km away) and think their service on the face of it is good but I am wondering sometimes if they are taking advantage of me because of my lack of language skills.
Maybe meet soon, I quite often pop down to Yverdon to lounge around in hot spring water so that is almost next door to you.

Chaps, stepped out for a bit and missed this
Scolliss - EF is where I am usually at. My name's in lights on the front page (stats) but to give you a clue
Interestingly, my boss has just today sent me an Off Road Academy offer with dates for a service anniversary. How he's going to react when I quit in the next couple of weeks, I don't know
The Paddock dog guard - on the bright side, you ditch UK VAT. Can't remember being stung for MWSt but it's been a while.....but it is excellent.
Emil Frey ain't bad either - no bill and washed car and el cheapo rubber mats and vaccuumed and everything. Software upgrade too - but the missus is still 1792-ing it Discovery 3 Manual as PDF | Blackvue 500 | BAS Remap | Mates did South America in a Landie
