I notice that most posts about snow chains refer to various brands of "normal" chains. Has anybody tried the Land Rover official ones which cover only the actual tread area of the tyre and are held there by a kind of frame on the outside of the wheel?
If so, has anybody found a better price than the £387 per pair (for 255/60 R18) quoted by my local dealer?
