Winter Tyres
All,
I have 20in diamond turned 5-spoke alloys fitted on my (just purchased) D4 with Pirelli Scorpion Zero 255/50 R20 109 Y M+S. I'm thinking of getting some 19in wheels with winter tyres for the coming months. Have read the Land Rover recommendations above - but any recommendations from real world use, please?
Cheers

Interesting test here and an amazing new facility. Cross climates came out really well.

CrossClimates SUV for 19inch wheels all the way
superb ride handling only drawback not too much meat on them so longevity limited

Good Video and great testing facility.
One of the many things I cant get my head around and this counts especially for europe is why tyre companies sell many of the tyres that you would expect to be for winter under the summer tyre heading? Even many of the stated AT tyres inc GG AT3 are listed on many sites under the summer tyre heading instead of winter or all terrain.
The more you watch and read the more confusing it seems to be and as the video says if you have a tyre thats good at stopping its not necessarily that good at turning and vice-versa, depending on what temp and surface condition of course. Looks like in a ideal situation you would change your tyres everyday after checking the weather forecast D4 HSE Lux MY16 Club Waitomo

It's a minefield out there!
