Kinivo BT and DVD player

Hi folks,

Not sure if there is an answer to this. Bought a Kinivo Bluetooth device as others had said how good it was. Does seems a cracking little device and a simple to use for the money, but I have a problem.

I have a drop down Rosen DVD player which is fitted onto the AUX channel, so if the kids are watching a DVD, I switch onto Aux. In the back also, I have a phono socket with a plastic plug in it. Pull it out and no sound from the DVD player, keep it in all its all good Thumbs Up

However, if I plug in the Kinivo to the aux phono socket, the volume of the DVD drops right down and appears to go to one channel. Have to turn the sound up to about 25 to hear the DVD still.

If the DVD isn't on, have to turn the volume up on Kinivo quite a bit.

Any ideas why this may be happening or what / if there is a solution to get them working together will the full sound of the DVD?

Thanks folks Thumbs Up

If you put any other Aux feed into the socket how is the sound? The Aux feeds are much quieter than the standard audio fixtures such as radio and CD on both of my cars
 Must stop buying shiny toys....
