Nice meeting everyone and a great day. Other than going up a curb it was the first time I have really asked anything of the D3 off road wise in 7 years and it was fantastic. So good driver input was just steering and pressing some buttons. HDC was really useful as was the various settings for snow and gravel etc. There was quite a bit of snow which was good fun.
Bizarrely the scariest moment was at Sainsbury’s when an older lady pulled out in front of me on the way home ! Once again car performed and managed to swerve out of her way. On coming car had a look of panic and slight amusement.
Great day, good cause, super people and highly recommended.
Thanks to all the guys for organinsing and running it.James favourite hobby is writing in the third person.

Jacob was good thanks. Had one more film to watch and it ended as we got home. He did enjoy it but thought we were driving through rivers and hard core stuff. Watched too much Top Gear !James favourite hobby is writing in the third person.

First of all thanks for coming on the event and supporting Northumberland National Park Mountain Rescue Team Special thanks to Uncle Ray also for helping out, bringing up the rear of the non Jeep convoy. It was good to meet people old and new, sorry I didn't get a chance to talk to everybody, I had 24 Jeeps to lead around the forest and with a breakdown in the morning and an apprentice ice Road trucker in the afternoon it made the day a bit busy Cheers Ian
