Just found the answer, Flash does a grand job and no wiping down, no streaks. I am a true Flash convert.

mmm maybe why my plastic bits look OK still. Been using Flash since I first mentioned it aeons ago.

Please could you elaborate, is this FLASH the same stuff that the missus cleans the floors/sinks etc. with? If so, and if it works so well, then it will be a hell of a lot cheaper than Autoglym stuff which is very good, but massively expensive.
I will take some photos of my black bits tomorrow, and perhaps we can compare results.

Nooo we did ball colour comparison... not black bits please... mine have all gone grey anyway !
So...
Its the same brand / company but they put the stuff in a gun and it cleans your car. Also has a filtered water spray to 'Autodry' the care with no white residue / streaks etc.
Work bloody well in fact.

I'll have to try it, but to be honest, my black bits are still very black, and the water just runs straight off them, leaving no grey streaks.
