Obvious question but how are you locking/unlocking the car?

Using the passenger side manual lock and using the internal central locking switches on the dash to open and close the rest of the doors
Like I said everything is working central locking and once locked the red alarm / imobliser light is flashing
Just the fobs aren't having it

At lease the "emergency" lock is working. Doesn't that set the alarm off? It did every time I tested mine.

No every thing opens no problem
Is there a separate fuse the controls the alarm
Maybe I am looking in the wrong place
